True to size? Hard to tell if it’d fit and not be too snug

@blayer8 I think it's fitted but good on someone who's a true size 4, but slightly loose on someone who's a true size two, more like a shift. I got this dress when I was between a size 2 and 4. It's a thick material with some stretch, so it kind of smooths things out, which makes it flattering.
