Cute Skirt from a Japanese Boutique Brand Moussy. Unlined but a wonder thickness for fall/winter with leggings! It’s made from this weaved/quilted material, very unique. Hidden side zipper. Since the material is not elastic at all, would highly recommend referencing my measurements here: Waist: 28” Widest circumference (8” below waist): 35.5” Bottom hem: 34” Length: 17.75”
