Tribal cocoon sweater bright red 3/4 dolman sleeve xl radio road

This is a really unusual, bright blue red trouble friend, cocoon sweater I think of these as being popular in the 1920s especially. It has the dolman sleeve, and what you would do is push up the lower part of the sleeve. It’s already a 3/4 sleeve. Part of it is ribbed and part is not. It’s hard to give you a measurement on this. I normally wear a 16 top and this is huge on me.
