Tribal print flowy dress

This dress from Under Skies has a beautiful blue and white tribal print. The body of the dress is flowy and the hem is very unique as it is longer on the sides and shorter in the middle. Check out the pics. A matching attached waist tie can either be cinched in the back or the front to further accentuate waist. Really fun dress! Suitable for any occasion! Never worn!
