@teez118 you’re welcome! These are definitely “short shorts” bc of the hem rising up, especially if you wear them as high waist. But I do love the look over a swimsuit.

@teez118 so sorry for the delay, I just got home from out of town. 13 inches seam to seam to 26 total. And it is elastic. I personally wore them as high waist shorts bc they were too tight to be worn on my hips
