Trina Turk halter cut out dress

Perfect dress for the summer. Small cut out in the middle and the top is like a wrap style. Unfortunately some of the blue dye bled onto the straps near the neck and a small section on the back when I got water spilled on the top part of the dress and tried to rub it dry (see the last 4 photos). The white as well at the print everywhere else is still very vibrant so cant really tell in my opinion but full disclosure.
