Preowned items may have shrunk so please compare measurements against something you own and fits you well. Measurement armpit to armpit: 17 inches Measurement back of collar to bottom hem: 31 inches Measurement waist-laying flat: 15 inches Condition: Preowned. Dress is in good condition with a couple of flaws. There is a small hole in the lace near the back zipper ( see pic #6). The White cotton ruffles have started to yellow.
