Trio of Vintage Sakura SNOWMAN Winter Holiday Stoneware Mugs with Artwork by Debbie Mumm (1998) Each of these three Sakura stoneware mugs features wrap-around art by Debbie Mumm with five repeating images, framed in a red and white candy cane striped border, of a snowman with accessories against a bright blue snowy background. Decorative borders of a black and white checkerboard patterns and holly and berries patterns circle the tops and bottoms of the mugs. Each mug features a different carrot nosed, twig armed snowman character: 1) Snowman wearing hat yellow star shaped buttons with birds perching on its twig arms; 2) Snowman wearing a blue cap and red jacket with 2 candy canes in its green pocket with an upside down broom upon which a bird is perched. 3) A pair snowmen, one wearing a multicolored wool neck scarf, the other with 3 large buttons and a spotted design. Both have twig arms, with a bird in a nest in one. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Measures 3.75” tall with a 3.5” diameter. Holds 12 fluid oz.
