I’m the original owner and bought from hot topic myself. Limited edition trip label. Size small. Excellent condition no fading pilling or stains. Worn once. Can attach thigh high stockings or garter belt to fully functioning garter belt straps. Fully functioning zipper in back and straps can be removed. The straps are held on with a button and are adjustable. No pilling, rips or fading at all! I kept this in the closet in a plastic bag for years, so it’s been protected.
