Elastic stretch waistband, pleated black fishnet-style miniskirt that’s sheer on top with a solid lining, vegan leather trim and metal grommets along the bottom of the skirt. Minimal stretch aside from the waistband, lining itself is not sheer, hand wash only. Perfect goth/punk vibes that you can’t find anymore! All measurements taken by hand when garment is laying flat.
