Love this top but it didn't fit me as I expected. Debating on letting it go, its a unisex fit. The material has some stretch in my opinion, lay flay is 19 inches and to the best of my ability it stretches out to 23 inches. Note I stretched by hand so there might some leeway. I love the 4 D-rings it has, could attached some really cool chains. Some mild loose threads but that's just from how they made it. 100% Polyester Model is wearing size S Machine wash cold. Lay flat to dry.
