I know this seems like an odd question, but is the bottle refillable? In other words, Can you take the top off?

@melissahayes937 It has a hard plastic plug with a small hole for the product to come out. You’d have to use a sharp tool to remove that hard plastic plug in order for it to be refillable.

Is this item sealed? And would you consider a cheaper shipping method? I’m not in a hurry and can wait to receive the item if it’s a cheaper price.

@kimduke02 Hi. It’s sealed. The box isn’t, but it never is when you buy it in store. It’s sealed under the cap. It has that aluminum piece you have to peel off. It’s $34 in store so me asking for $19 is fair.
