@mrswells17 yes, it comes with the crown. I guess it depends on her measurements at five years old. I know the chest measurement is 22 3/4. And the material around the back of the dress is a stretchy lace material which gives it some leeway.

@cyns16 my daughter wore it at 4 and I felt it was true to size and since it has stretchy lace across the back, she was able to wear it at five as well.
