Tristan & Iseut skirt

Great sophisticated skirt for the office, has a faux front button look at waist and two slit pocket that are functional, but still are tacked shut from manufacturers...back has a 7” invisible zipper in the middle. Fabric is lightweight 56% polyester 40% wool and 4% spandex… Dry clean. The only issue I see is at the top of the back hem opening, it looks as if the stitch on either side could be more secured (see photo)...looks pulled or loose...material is in excellent condition B8
