Trixxi Strapless Dress

Strapless dress with embellishment at empire waist. Solid center piece for modesty, built in crinoline so dress bottom is fuller, has a small tail, see picture 5. GREAT for Prom, as that is what it was purchased for. Only used once and has been hanging ever since. Can be accessorized with any color or jewelry as it is all black.
