Very good condition, worn only once! This vintage 1990’s homecoming/prom/party dress is made of 100% polyester which has a lot of stretch to its satin-like fabric. It features a black scrunched top, empire waistline, and polyester/tulle knee length 3 layers below the white sateen sash tie.
