Trixxi turquoise blue chiffon halter dress

Bought this pretty dress from Macy's but never had the right event to wear it to. New with tags halter self tie dress with padded cups and inner lining. Handkerchief hem longest at front and back. One of the rhinestone accents (pictured) is missing a stone, but it's barely noticeable. 100% Polyester. About 16" across and 29" underarm to bottom.
