Tropical A-line skater mini dress with black mesh

I bought this dress from a boutique shop in Singapore. Never wore, been sitting in my closet. The brand is Moon River. No fabric tag. There is a lining, a zipper up the back and a button closure. Measurements (approximate) are in pics. It was super cute when I tried it on, but I never had the chance to wear it. Tag says medium but this fits like a small to xsmall. The colors are vibrant and it is very flattering. Perfect for vacation. Smoke and pet free home. Reasonable offers considered. Feel free to ask questions.
