Tropical High-Low dress

Absolutely adorable high-low elegant tropical dress. I love this dress to pieces but have only worn it once and want it to get the love it deserves! The body is a knit pattern that opens up to the skirt right at the waist. There is a black poly liner that holds tight through your hips and legs with the sheer tropical fabric that flows over it into the high-low pattern. I’ll consider any offers!
