Tropical Kimchi Blue High Low Halter Mini Dress

Super cute and flirty high low halter mini dress from Kimchi Blue/ Urban Outfitters. Unbelievably soft and super flowy! Adjustable tie neck, smocked back panel. Adorable for a beach wedding or summer date! Small hole at waist in the back that would be super easy to mend, I just never got around to it. Used to get tons of compliments on this dress when I wore it, but I've since outgrown it.
