Tropical Leafs Short Sleeve Print Top FRENCH CHIC

One of the cutest ones around! Ruffled hem at the bottom, solid color back, made in France. Size tag says it is a French T4 which would be XL but it definitely isn't! It fits more like a Medium. It's 95% viscose and 5% elastane, so there is some give. Measures about 21 inches from armpit to armpit and 25 inches in length. Never worn.
