carolinacfash @sarahkeller848 Good evening! My apologies for the delayed response. This dress is 49 inches from top to bottom. From pit-to-pit: 13 inches. The bust stretches to approximately 30 inches. And directly under the bust the skirt part begins to flare. The fabric is a faux silk and the brand is Gypsie Blue. Thanks again!
