Tropical cut-out tie back romper / jumpsuit

Never worn, brand new with tags. Very flattering fit with adjustable sizing on the top due to the tie back style. Zipper in the back of the bottom/pants. Lightweight material with blue inner lining (lining is shorts length, printed material is full pants length). Size small - pictured on me (for reference 5’4” height and roughly 120 lbs).
