Tropical floral high-low side dress & skirt

Purchased the high-low dress with adjustable straps from Windsor along with the high-low skirt (couldn’t decide which to buy)! The dress has been worn once and the skirt has never been worn however I removed the tags on the skirt! The dress plunges in front and has metal framing in the plunge to adjust for your comfort! Both are size small :) Asking 30$ for both pieces together!
