Tropical halter dress

Really cute dress! I wish it fit me! Unfortunately it was a little too large in the bust for me. Please pay attention to measurements in the in the 7th & 8th pictures Also, measures 14" under the bust but easily stretches to at least 20". Length measures 27" from just under the breast to hem. Full skirt with elastic waist. Colors are teal, orange, pink, brown and beige/ off white.
