Tropical maxi dress OS NWOT S-XL

Beautiful, colorful maxi dress from Isla Bonita. One Size. Bust is approximately 17 - 20" laid flat - Hard to measure due to the criss cross V neck. Narrow elastic raised waist is 12 - 25.5" and is at approximately 12.5" below top of shoulder. Hips 27" laid flat. Length from top of shoulder to hem is 52" Never Worn!!!
