Tropical mini dress

Lined vacation or casual dress comfortable and an easy wear. The top piece has a loose overlay of the same fabric- solid In The front but split in the back. Says size 2, but fits more like a 4/6. I’m 5’9” for Reference. Waistband stretches to 16” across. Length from top of shoulder to bottom edge is just o er 33”.
