Tropical shorts , size S

I purchased these at Saks but for some reason the tag is gone , never worn , so cute , button and zipper closure, pockets , size S, would fit these the best , I’m usually 27 in jeans and I feel these are too small for me , or maybe just a tad low waisted which I can’t do anymore bc, babies . Haha !!! Bundle and SAVE !!!
