Troubadour Blue Poppy James Dress, hi-low cut, size 10!

This dress is perfect for a garden party or a daytime cocktail event! White crepe fabric with gorgeous printed blue flowers, it is fully lined with a hidden side zipper. About 32” from shoulder to shortest part of hemline. No stretch, but light and airy in the skirt. I love this dress but cycling it out for something new. All reasonable offers considered!
