Propper combat trousers size small to regular, waist measures 27 to 31 inches fully adjustable.. 60% cotton 40% polyester. These pants are fantastic for anybody who needs a lot of pockets lol they’re super comfortable, but they are a little heavy for what I bought them for, they’d be great in the fall or if you work indoors.
