savourclothing @danmart570 Good morning, I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I just checked the item and there is not much matting around the neck line at all, it is not very noticeable. I am unsure if this has ever been dry cleaned as it is a consigner item, but it is in excellent condition.
