True 80's vintage dress

Blk/teal fabric, I would say is a chiffon, there is no other tags than the one seen in pic. I purchased this from an estate sale with intentions of wearing but never did. Stretchy elastic band at waist, 3/4 length sleeves, pleated skirt, top to bottom measures 48in. Comes with its own belt, but could also throw on a wider black belt would be super cute!
