hello there & Happy Holiday's! these are gently worn (4‐5 times!) booties that have normal wear & tear. the heels are wrapped in the same leather as the boots. the mark's on the heels are highlighted to show true condition of these lovely booties. the leather is kinda crinkly not a smooth leather. as far as scratches, I'd say no/none since I purchased them new.
