I called the number and they said there's nothing they can do about it at this time. If it says it has been delivered, then it has been delivered. I believe the USPS screwed up or something. That same day that the item was marked as delivered, I also had a Sephora package delivered. If someone were to steal my small lipstick package, they would have taken the Sephora package also, but I do not believe that any of my neighbors would do such thing. Anyway, I know this is not your fault at all so I do not blame you. You were the perfect seller! It's just that USPS is to blame, I suppose. Btw, was there any sort of insurance that came with delivery? Perhaps we could file a claim. @jaynelli
