99% cotton, 1% spandex. I’m 5’4, 115lbs. These are very low-rise jeans. I did get these hemmed after purchasing so the bottom hem is a bit different threading than the rest of the jeans. Extremely comfortable & durable. The hole for the main button is slightly stretched but still very wearable for years to come
