True Vintage 1930's 30's kids toddler little girl green wool blend floral hat

True vintage 1930's 30's kids toddler little girl wool blend floral hat! Dark green with a colorful floral embroidery. Ties for under chin. Wool cotton blend. Looks a little Dutch? There was a lot of Dutch in the town I found this in. It also had papers in the box dating 1938 and earlier. It's in wonderful condition. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ 11 1/2 inches across. **all the clothing found in this house was girls or women's so I'm assuming it's for a little girl :)
