True Vintage 1950s Hand Painted Sequined Circle Skirt, S Small Size 4 / 6 Waist

MEASUREMENTS: Waist: 27" Hips: free Length: 28 1/2" CONDITION: It has faded. The sequins have lost their sparkle, and some are loose and missing. The waist has been altered. The sewing at the fasteners is messy. The hem was taken down, leaving a crease. Near the hem, there is a mend, and faint stains or color bleed. (SEE PHOTOS.) DETAILS: 1950s cotton circle skirt. The fabric is hand painted with tan philodendron leaves and vines on a white background; some of the leaves are trimmed in sequins. It has a side placket with a snap and two hooks and threads.
