True Vintage 1950s Polka Dot Velvet Side Stripe Bow Wiggle Pencil Dress

This dress is gorgeous—pictures don’t do it justice! This dress finds the perfect balance of classic vintage design yet modern. Cream base with navy blue polka dots. Velvet navy blue side stripes and bow at neckline. High neck with collar. Slightly sheer textured fabric, would be best with a slip underneath. No brand or size tag, fits like a modern day medium. Armpit to armpit: 19” Waist: 15” Hips: 19.5 Length from top of shoulder to hem: 43” Good condition, with two flaws to note. There is pulling at the darts along the midsection. Some slight bleeding of the navy color in the armpits but not visible when on.
