True Vintage 1960's Drop Waist Silk Cocktail Dress

Bust 36-38 Waist 30-32 Length 33 True vintage iridescent blue silk cocktail dress . Dress features a high square neckline, a drop waist and a pleated skirt. Dress zips up the side. Issues: there appears to be a lightness in the fabric on the side waist, but it appears less distinctly throughout the dress . It's either the way it was designed and the pattern is simply lightened in that spot(as its a distinct pattern throughout the dress) or a flaw. Due to my uncertainty I'm pricing it lower.
