Such a cool piece of history! USA made by the Ladies Garmet Workers Union! Excellent vintage condition. Some minor wear on the belt buckle only (pictured). Details include wool blend plaid fabric (fabric tag is missing, but this is definitely wool), double breasted design, belted waist, and slightly cropped fit. Vintage size 10 fits like modern size small.
