True Vintage 70s 80s red bowknot collar long sleeve dress with belt size 14

This dress is in excellent used condition. Only notable flaws are wear on one button on the cuff, minor pilling throughout and the belt being stiff from aging. Great for winter holiday parties . Would also make a great dress for anyday wear. A classic style. Vintage size 14, has elastic waist but would probably fit best a size 12 or small waisted size 14. Estimated to be from 70s or 80s based on style and the tags. Made in the USA. Really ageless piece ready for a vintage loving home. fantastic piece for Valentines day.
