True Vintage Deadstock NWT Grey Pencil skirt

This is an amazing true vintage deadstock skirt from the 70's/80's in a classic "Secretary" style. Tag says the brand is "Alexander". It has belt loops for a very skinny belt, it is lined and knee length with a kick pleat in the front and back. It is a Euro size 36 which is a US 8. But I would say due to the very small waist measurement and there not being ANY stretch (it is 55% polyester/45% wool), it is more like a size 0-2. The waist measurement (laid flat) is 12.25" and length is 24.75"
