True Vintage Dress Nat Tuman Petites New York

This is a gorgeous, vintage, red velvet dress! It is in great condition. It is from the 1950's or early 1960's. The size says 16, but that is a vintage 16 which is much smaller. so here are some measurements. The waist is 15" lying flat. The measrement pit to pit is 20" lying flat. There are a couple of places where the velvet is slightly marred. This is common on vintage velvet dresses, but I feel overall, these are pretty inconspicuous. See photos. The closure in back is a metal zipper, with hook & eye at the top.
