Vintage SOFT full-circle white petticoat to add volume under vintage circle skirts and dresses. This one is a double-layer soft nylon lace-trimmed version--there is no tulle/netting, so zero scratchiness. This petticoat won't make your skirt crazy full, just full enough to give it swing and make it lay nicely. The elastic in the waist needs to be replaced--it's not completely stretched out, but it's close. Waist unstretched is 13" (laid flat, so 26"). Stretches to 16" laid flat. Length measurement: 22.25"
