This signed © Lisner (David Lisner) vintage brooch is a fabulous piece of costume jewelry--probably dates from the 1970s or '80s. It is constructed in a unique, 3-dimensional, filigree or lattice-work design, with truly dimensional petals. Just a knockout! Imagine how great this would look pinned on a hat.
