this is a True Vintage S. L. Petites 80's Aqua Polka-dot Peplum Secretary Dress . Its a long sleeved midi length dress with a zip closure and has a beautiful pattern of Polka-dots all over. it also had those classic 80s shoulder pads. it's a size large.
