True black wrap dress with butterfly sleeves

measurements are in pics. this is a very lightweight flowy dress. it's super adorable. you can wear flats or heels with it. You could also wear a candy under. it's not see-through. it's heavy enough for that but light enough it flows very nicely. The measurements and the waist are extended as far as I think it was looked decent but could probably go a little further depending on your waist. or where you tie it? it can go a lot smaller too. I am a 29 to 30 inch waist and it fit me great. it's now to big. it has been worn. maybe 3 times.
