True vintage 1950s era black crescent hat/fascinator. By City of Paris San Francisco. Black satin type material with bow detail to the sides. Fine black netted veil detail to the front. Some very small tears in the veil but this is barely noticeable. Please see all photos. In beautiful vintage condition. Perfect for a femme fatale look or a vintage Halloween costume.
