True vintage 1950s rayon/linen blend set with gold flecks size small to XS

This is a gorgeous, true vintage 1950s dress set. It’s a dress that comes with a jacket as well. I bought this for myself, but it’s too small for me. Even though technically, my measurements are correct, it really runs a bit small. (I’m a 34”, 25”, 36” and it’s too small on me) Please view the photos for details, as well as the measurements below for an accurate fit.
