True vintage 1950s-1960s era black sequined hat. This is a stunning art deco style. Can be worn on the top of the head or beret style. Black velvet/velour material adorned with black sequins and a black beaded trim. Please see all photos to appreciate the detail and patterns to the top of this hat.
